Not once in a while, but daily and with perseverance. She applies this dedication and work ethic every day to her real estate business.

Erica has sat on the rennie advisory board since 2018, has been in the residential real estate since 2008 and in commercial property management for 6 years. She is currently an Advisor on a 152 unit lease up on a brand new development in Kensington Cedar Cottage while serving all her re-sale clients with passion, focus and dedication.
